With an exemplary resume spanning 30 years + experience in the construction and facilities management industries Neil is an outstanding asset to any project ensuring the compliance and delivery of any construction, fit out, Property Maintenance or remediation project no matter what size of project.

Boasting outstanding skills which ensure all schedules are seamless and adhered too using experienced and knowledgeable teams on a multitude of projects Neil compliments the relationship between client and all on /off site teams to ensure the smooth delivery on time and to budget with full communication throughout, optimizing processes for peak performance.

With excellent organizational skills and an ability to ensure the correct day to day running of small to large construction / fit out  teams, liasing with suppliers, ability to problem solve, multi task, and respond to client requirements whilst ensuring attention to detail and ensuring an extremely safe site is something Neil takes in his stride.

He works well under pressure, is thorough in all aspects, is a natural and responsible leader, supporting and leading the team, he is both likeable and patient and works with enthusiasm and precision.

Neil is committed to bringing forth an energetic and positive attitude throughout all project stages achieving construction goals in a timely and productive manner, agreeing, setting and executing strategic goals and team development are high priorities.

Site safety is extremely important on all projects, alongside acquired any necessary permits, inspections and ensuring the entire project is compliant.

With an impressive CV, His most recent role for 15+ years was as Head of Operations for one of the world's largest construction companies Vinci which boasts figures of £31.5 billion revenue globally.

Neil's role was based in the UK starting with Vinci as a Qualified Supervisor quickly earning a promotion to Operations manager, and thereafter Neil gained the prestigious role of Head of Operations, which covered the UK and ROI working on a multitude of large scale projects such as the Nightingale / Rainbow Hospital which was a project delivered during COVID-19.

London Olympic Stadium is another project delivered with pride and also 02 Telefonica which had a need for sensitive and delivery due to the nature of the business.

2006 – 2009 -  OPERATIONS DIRECTOR - CASTLE

Working in the delivery of build and fit out in the  education sector, Retail, Hotels / Hospitality, Arcadia Group, JJB, Woolworths, Barclays bank Nationwide, Geoweb Roadways and delivery of all  Electrical testing, compliance and Fire alarms nationwide.

2003 – 2006 – QUALIFIED SUPERVISOR -   ROSSER AND RUSSELL – (now part of Vinci)

Neil was head hunted from his previous role at CLM – He took the role of Qualified Supervisor.

1999 – 2003 – QUALIFIED SUPERVISOR –

Working on a multitude of projects in many sectors such as HMPS Prisons, Royal Mail etc, Neil soon became the Operations Manager overseeing projects and their timely delivery gaining him a glowing reputation within the company.

2003  - MULTI-SKILLED APPRENTICE – MARTINDALES

Staring in the business with an electrical bias Neil was soon working on large scale local government projects  such as Job Centres, HM Revenue and Customs, benefits agencies etc and lead to BNFL to name a few.

Consistently showing a natural eagerness to ensure all project components where delivered according to any guidelines or regulations meant that Neil was soon working with senior management teams and this lead to more responsibility being given such as setting goals, preparing budgets and arranging schedules and demonstrating the ability to manage
